About the role

Rho, a modern banking platform for the AI era, is looking for a contract Recruiter to support its People Operations team. You will own the full‑cycle recruiting process for technology, sales, and leadership roles across its US offices, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source and engage high‑quality candidates for hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active talent aligned with hiring priorities.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and People Ops to understand needs and tailor sourcing strategies.
• Use data and market insights to refine outreach and improve sourcing effectiveness.
• Innovate sourcing techniques beyond traditional platforms and keep candidate records up to date in the ATS.

Required profile

• Proven success sourcing niche, operational or risk/compliance roles.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work with urgency.
• Self‑motivated, independent, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
