Readiness Data Manager

About the role

CACI is hiring a Readiness Data Manager (Training category) at Randolph AFB, Texas, working for HQ AETC A3/6. The role ensures that training and resources are planned, programmed and budgeted so that AETC A3/6 Air Force Readiness Training and Security Cooperation (SC) training analysis activities can develop, update and expand. It covers competency-based training development and analysis for USAF readiness and AETC courses, and involves program management, assessment, analysis, subject matter expertise, pipeline management, scheduling, registrar duties, curriculum and courseware development, and technical services.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as AETC/A3X content manager for all file libraries and databases, keeping them standardized and organized.
• Perform project management actions (status tracking, milestones, baseline variance) and help complete distance learning courses through administrative support.
• Standardize course development completion processes.
• Act as point of contact for Ready Airmen Training (RAT) courses on the USAF Learning Management System, answering calls and emails.
• Be the point of contact for end-of-course surveys, and track, evaluate and compile results into presentable formats.
• Work with team members, external customers and subject matter experts to research and develop RAT, Security Cooperation education and training curriculum, using a systematic plan-analyze-design-develop-implement-evaluate approach for Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI).

Required profile

• At least two years of military administrative experience.
• Proven record of delivering high-impact results for a customer.
• Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams, strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and proactive customer service.
• Active Secret clearance required to start.
• Desired: Bachelor's degree or related experience, training instructor experience, and experience managing a large library of training content.

Required skills

• Excellent computer skills and use of the Microsoft Office suite.
