About the role

We are seeking a proactive QA Intern to support our document management system on a six‑month fixed‑term basis. You will play a key role in ensuring our office runs smoothly by digitizing, organizing, and maintaining both physical and digital files.

Key responsibilities

Scan physical documents accurately for digital archiving.
Upload scanned files into the Zen platform, ensuring secure storage and easy retrieval.
Maintain an orderly filing system, both physical and digital.
Perform checks to verify completeness and proper organization of documents.
Purge outdated or unnecessary documents in line with company guidelines.

Required profile

Thoroughness and attention to detail.
Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
