Provider Partnerships Manager

About the role

Sailor Health is launching its senior behavioral health platform in Philadelphia and needs a driven Provider Partnerships Manager to build relationships with healthcare providers, senior living communities, and community organizations. This field‑based role will establish Sailor as the trusted behavioral health partner for older adults in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture referral partnerships with physicians, care coordinators, social workers, assisted‑living facilities, and senior‑focused organizations.
• Grow referral volume by prospecting new partners, managing high‑priority accounts, and maintaining consistent outreach across the local healthcare ecosystem.
• Spend 4–5 days per week meeting partners in person, attending community events, provider meetings, and networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with clinical, operations, and patient‑experience teams to ensure seamless referral and onboarding processes.
• Provide market feedback to improve provider experience, patient activation, and growth strategy.

Required profile

• Empathetic and hungry, able to connect authentically with older adults while driving results.
• Proven experience building relationships from scratch in high‑activity sales or business‑development roles (medical sales, pharma, recruiting, community organizing, etc.).
• Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable operating in ambiguity with strong ownership.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organized CRM management, and consistent follow‑through.
• Genuine belief in the mission to expand senior behavioral health access.
