Occupational Medicine Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP)

About the role

Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking a full‑time Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner to join its Occupational Medicine division. You will work onsite at a local manufacturing employer in Northeast Philadelphia, delivering comprehensive occupational health services to a workforce of over 450 employees.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite occupational health services, including work injury evaluation and treatment, DOT physicals, medical surveillance exams, pre‑placement physicals, and fitness‑for‑duty evaluations.
• Maintain clinic operations Monday‑Friday with no major holidays and handle on‑call responsibilities as needed.
• Document all clinical activities in the Epic EMR system.

Required profile

• Valid Pennsylvania medical license and DEA registration.
• At least 2 years of clinical Occupational Medicine experience (preferred).
• COHN/COHN‑S certification (preferred).
• Commercial Driver Medical Examiner Certification (required).
