Property Support Specialist (Multi-site Leasing)

About the role

The Property Support Specialist provides portfolio-wide coverage across Pillar Properties communities, rotating among concierge, leasing, and resident engagement duties. The role requires a self‑starter who can adapt quickly to varied property environments and maintain high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Travel between local properties and provide coverage for operational needs, including leasing, resident engagement, and concierge tasks.
• Assist with onboarding, training, administrative audits, marketing initiatives, and technology roll‑outs.
• Manage lease administration, prospect queues, move‑ins/move‑outs, rent collection, and month‑end close processes.
• Handle resident inquiries, conflict management, maintenance requests, amenity reservations, and guest suite coordination.
• Conduct market surveys, competitor property visits, and support resident retention events.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• At least two years of leasing or property management experience.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

• Yardi or other property management software
• CRM and RENTCafé online leasing platforms
• BlueMoon – National Apartment Association lease system (preferred)
