Project Manager – Luxury Client Services

About the role

Join a woman‑owned agency in St. Louis, MO, delivering high‑end creative executions for luxury clients. As a Project Manager you will be the primary point of contact, guiding projects from kickoff through delivery while ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of client projects, maintaining schedules, budgets, and Workamajig records.
• Oversee client proofing, coordinate print specifications, and troubleshoot production issues with designers and vendors.
• Collaborate daily with Design, Production, Sales/Account Management, and Accounting to meet deadlines.
• Monitor project budgets, enter purchase orders, and prepare client invoices in partnership with Accounting.
• Communicate proactively with clients about costs, timeline changes, and project status.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, Management or equivalent experience.
• 3‑6 years of project management experience, preferably in an agency setting with luxury clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, and extreme attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently on multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Workamajig project management software.
• Experience using Asana or similar project management tools.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Familiarity with Mac OS and AI tools.
