Project Manager – Industrial Machinery & Automation

About the role

We are a leading industrial machinery manufacturing and construction provider seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead automation and critical‑technology projects across the United States. This high‑travel position will require you to coordinate engineering, construction, and controls teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from inception through completion, managing scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including engineering, construction, and controls to ensure seamless execution.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to provide status updates and resolve issues.
• Apply project management methodologies and best practices to improve efficiency.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor project health.
• Oversee quality control of deliverables and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of project management experience in automation, data‑center, or construction environments.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on schedule and budget.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently for site visits.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
