Product Marketing Manager

About the role

Andela, a global talent marketplace connecting companies with remote technical talent, is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to own the go-to-market strategy and execution for its products, solutions and learning programs. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, GTM Strategy, the role sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Revenue and Partnerships and is based in the US or Canada within a fully remote organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop differentiated positioning and messaging for products, solutions and learning programs, translating technical capabilities into buyer-centric language
• Own go-to-market strategy and launch planning, from pre-launch positioning through post-launch optimization, and build GTM playbooks and launch frameworks
• Partner with Product, AI Solutions and Learning Solutions teams, and with content, growth, brand, partner and regional marketing teams
• Build sales enablement assets, work with sales leadership and Revenue Operations to improve win rates and train the sales team
• Gather market, customer, sales and competitive insights, including win/loss analysis, competitor benchmarking and battle cards

Required profile

• 5-6 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a product marketing role in a high-growth technology company
• Track record of running go-to-market strategy for products or solutions
• Familiarity with enterprise buying cycles and messaging for economic buyers, champions and end users
• Experience partnering with product or solutions teams and working across time zones; multi-regional GTM experience is a plus
