Product Manager, Simulation

About the role

Revel is seeking a Product Manager to own and evolve its simulation product, a core component of a next‑generation hardware control platform. You will work closely with early design partners, engineering, design, and marketing to shape a technically deep yet intuitive tool for engineers across aerospace, automotive, energy, robotics, defense, and advanced manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct deep discovery with early customers and beta users to understand workflows, pain points, and mental models at high fidelity.
• Translate discovery insights into clearly scoped product requirements and own the simulation product roadmap.
• Bridge the simulation team with the broader Revel platform to ensure seamless integration.
• Partner with design and front‑end engineering to craft a modern, intuitive experience without sacrificing technical depth.
• Collaborate with marketing on major product launches and manage stakeholder expectations across the organization.

Required profile

• 4+ years of product management experience or highly relevant adjacent experience.
• Background as a software or systems engineer.
• Experience with technically deep products such as FEM/CFD simulation tools, CAD/3D modeling, robotics simulation, or electrical design tools.
• Proven ability to conduct rigorous, high‑fidelity customer discovery.
• Experience taking a product from validation through integration and scaled launch.
