Product Manager – Risk Experiences

About the role

Join BILL’s Risk Product team to shape the customer‑facing risk experiences and the internal Risk Central platform. You will own a defined part of the roadmap, turning problems into clear, friction‑less flows that help SMBs move quickly while protecting against fraud.

Key responsibilities

• Own a segment of the Risk Experiences and Risk Central roadmap from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Design customer‑facing risk flows that reduce confusion and drop‑off while maintaining fraud controls.
• Write product requirements, user stories, success metrics and rollout plans for engineering.
• Partner with risk operations, support and strategy to prioritize improvements based on real‑world pain points.
• Drive day‑to‑day execution with engineering, track metrics such as verification completion, time to resolution and queue backlog.

Required profile

• 2+ years of product management experience shipping software with engineering and design teams.
• Experience delivering customer‑facing multi‑step flows and writing clear requirements.
• Comfort using data to size problems and measure outcomes, pulling reports in SQL, Tableau or Mixpanel.
• Strong written communication and curiosity about fraud, risk and payments.
