Senior Product Data Analyst – AP & Network Analytics

About the role

As a senior member of the Product Analytics team, you will own the analytics for the Accounts Payable product, uncover hidden metrics, drive automation, and influence the product roadmap with data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Set the analytics agenda for AP, identify product opportunities, data gaps and automation candidates, and turn them into roadmap recommendations.
• Own metric and OKR definition, establish a regular review cadence with Product, and lead deep‑dive analysis practices.
• Design and run experiments, applying causal inference to ensure recommendations are based on impact, not correlation.
• Build and maintain production‑grade dbt models with tests, documentation and version‑controlled workflows.
• Automate recurring reporting with AI‑assisted workflows and drive executive reporting adoption.
• Present findings confidently to senior stakeholders and partner with data engineering to ensure data quality.

Required profile

• 5+ years in product analytics, data science or a related quantitative field, owning a domain end‑to‑end.
• Proven track record of self‑directed work: identifying high‑impact problems and delivering solutions.
• Advanced SQL and strong Python programming skills.
• Experience building production models in dbt (or similar) with testing and documentation.
• Fluency in experimentation, causal inference and the judgment to choose the right approach.
• Ability to translate ambiguous questions into robust metrics frameworks and defend them.
