Product Manager - LiveOps Track (Sunshine Island)

About the role

New Moon Production is hiring a Product Manager for its LiveOps Track, responsible for the commercial performance, monetization and event innovation of Sunshine Island, a flagship casual farming title. The team works in two tracks: Strategic Roadmap and LiveOps. You will partner closely with a dedicated Project Manager (PJM) who handles day-to-day agile mechanics and scheduling, so you can focus on commercial strategy, campaign design and revenue optimization. The position is remote and open to candidates within +/- 3 hours of CEST.

Key responsibilities

• Own the rolling LiveOps calendar (LTEs, tournaments, season passes) and research market trends to design new event mechanics
• Design and balance short-term monetization loops (Piggy Banks, Lucky Treats, Wheels) and innovate new monetization mechanics such as tiered starter passes and custom bundles
• Drive Webshop 2.0 adoption and gamification (daily streak freebies, proxy currency) to scale D2C revenue toward a target above 40%
• Configure, segment and optimize targeted sales campaigns with the proprietary Dynamic Offer Tool (DOT)
• Monitor daily ARPDAU, conversion and offer yield, and run continuous A/B tests on pricing, discount depth and segment criteria
• Work with the PJM on sprint scoping and release scheduling, and collaborate with LiveOps engineers, data analysts and economy designers

Required profile

• 2-4 years as a Product Manager, LiveOps Manager or Monetization Designer in mobile F2P gaming; casual, farming or simulation experience preferred
• Proven track record running live calendars, configuring sales tools and launching commercial or event mechanics
• Strong grasp of monetization metrics (ARPPU, LTV, conversion, churn) and industry benchmarks
• Understanding of player spending habits, value anchoring and offer pacing, and interest in D2C webshop strategies
• Skilled at aligning Art, Tech, Design and Analytics teams through clear commercial reasoning
• Organized, calm under pressure, and used to working alongside PJMs in SCRUM/Kanban
