Head of Artificial Intelligence & Data Intelligence

About the role

AHS is seeking a Head of Artificial Intelligence & Data Intelligence to lead its AI and data initiatives. This executive role drives innovation through advanced data analytics, machine learning and AI technologies to support business strategy, optimise operations and improve decision-making. The role works with cross-functional teams to build AI-driven solutions and maintain data governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the AI and data intelligence strategy in line with company goals.
• Lead teams of data scientists, AI engineers and analysts to design, develop and deploy AI models and data solutions.
• Oversee the collection, processing and analysis of large datasets to extract actionable insights.
• Promote the adoption of AI and analytics tools across departments.
• Ensure data quality, compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical AI practices.
• Work with IT and business leaders to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.
• Stay up to date on emerging AI and data technologies and industry best practices.
• Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or a related field; PhD preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in AI, data science or data engineering, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex data concepts to business audiences.
• Solid understanding of data governance, privacy laws and ethical considerations in AI.
• Strategic, results-oriented mindset; experience in real estate or related fields is a plus.

Required skills

• Machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing and data analytics.
• Programming in Python, R or similar languages.
• AI frameworks and big data technologies such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hadoop and Spark.
