Product Manager – Hardware Integration

About the role

Revel is building the next‑generation software stack that lets engineers control critical hardware across aerospace, automotive, energy, robotics, defense and advanced manufacturing. We are looking for a Product Manager to own the hardware integration product that enables test engineers to configure, integrate and manage sensors, DAQ inputs/outputs and signal channels for data acquisition and testing.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap for hardware configuration and management, scaling to increasingly complex systems.
• Conduct deep discovery with test engineers to map current workflows, identify friction points and design fast, expert‑focused experiences.
• Benchmark against best‑in‑class tools and translate findings into scoped requirements.
• Partner with design, engineering and marketing to deliver a seamless user experience and support product launches.
• Own roadmap planning, sequencing and communication of priorities and trade‑offs across teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience or direct experience as a test engineer or software engineer building tools for test/measurement workflows.
• Proven ability to launch a product from a blank slate, including discovery, requirement definition and roadmap creation.
• Strong cross‑functional instincts and comfort working with engineering, design and marketing.
• Mission‑driven mindset with ownership of outcomes.

Required skills

• Hardware test and data acquisition workflows (sensors, DAQ hardware, channel configuration, signal scaling).
• Familiarity with FlexLogger, LabVIEW, TestStand, DIAdem or comparable test/measurement software.
• Experience with instrumentation from vendors such as NI, Keysight or Vector.
• Background in physics, mechanical or electrical engineering is a plus.
