Product Manager, AI Agents

About the role

Rogo is looking for a high‑agency Product Manager to own Felix, the AI‑driven agent at the core of its finance platform. You will shape how world‑class analysts are replicated by AI for the most demanding users in investment banking, private equity and related fields.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for Felix, prioritising features and shipping continuously.
• Stay ahead of emerging LLM and agent paradigms, ensuring Rogo remains on the cutting edge.
• Design novel agent systems and workflows that meet finance’s strict standards for accuracy, trust and depth.
• Prototype, build and iterate quickly with design and engineering teams to bring complex capabilities to life.
• Engage directly with sophisticated users, translate their workflows into product priorities, and measure agent performance against quality, speed and reliability targets.

Required profile

• Strong product management experience, preferably at a high‑growth startup or leading product company.
• Deep intuition for large language models and AI agents, with hands‑on experience building and prompting them.
• Technical foundation – comfortable shipping code, prototyping and collaborating closely with engineers.
• Ability to present confidently to senior finance stakeholders and act as a trusted company representative.
• Exceptional learning speed, detail‑orientation and collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with large language models (LLMs) and AI agent frameworks.
• Prototyping and building AI‑driven features (coding or low‑code tools).
• Product roadmap ownership and agile delivery.
• Strong product and design judgement.
