Principal Talent Development Partner

About the role

LinkedIn is seeking a Principal Talent Development Partner to design, develop, deliver, and measure talent development experiences that support Global Business Office (GBO) priorities. This senior role works closely with HR Business Partners and cross‑functional teams to translate business strategy into impactful learning solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the GBO business, competitive landscape, and talent needs.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with HRBPs and senior leaders to assess development gaps and propose solutions.
• Identify, analyze, and communicate data and insights that influence strategic decision‑making.
• Design, launch, and evaluate learning programs that build critical skills and strengthen organizational health.
• Create and execute communication plans to market and socialize development initiatives.
• Measure program performance against defined goals and iterate using feedback and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, and Organizational Development.
• Proven track record designing and scaling talent programs in fast‑paced, global environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to use data to drive program improvements.
• Curiosity, experimentation mindset, and agility to adapt to changing business needs.
