About the role

Applied Intuition is seeking a Recruiting Programs Lead to design and scale two critical talent streams: early‑career hiring and the contingent workforce. You will shape how the company attracts, selects, and integrates university talent as well as contractors, ensuring both programs are efficient, compliant, and aligned with business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and expand the early‑career talent program, including university partnerships, new‑grad hiring, and internship experiences across locations.
• Manage the complete early‑career recruiting lifecycle—from campus outreach and interview coordination to offer extension and onboarding hand‑off.
• Design, implement, and oversee the contingent worker program, handling vendor and staffing‑agency relationships to deliver consistent, high‑quality talent.
• Maintain rigorous compliance with California contingent‑labor regulations and other applicable laws.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, defending process decisions and driving continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience running university relations and internship pipelines.
• Deep understanding of the compliance landscape for contingent labor, especially in California.
• Demonstrated ability to build scalable recruiting programs and influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a focus on process excellence.
