Senior HRIS Analyst

About the role

Applied Intuition is seeking a hands‑on Senior HRIS Analyst to own the configuration, administration, and continuous improvement of its Workday platform and broader People technology stack. You will partner with internal stakeholders to ensure the systems are reliable, compliant, and user‑friendly.

Key responsibilities

• Support and maintain core Workday modules (HCM, Performance, Absence, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking).
• Gather business requirements, configure Workday solutions, and manage workflows, security, and reporting.
• Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement enhancements.
• Lead upgrades, patches, and new feature releases, including impact assessments and regression testing.
• Develop and execute test plans, coordinate UAT with stakeholders, and support HR system projects such as module rollouts and integrations.
• Create user guides, training materials, and deliver training on system changes.
• Maintain system governance, data integrity, and compliance with HR regulations (e.g., GDPR).

Required profile

• Proven experience configuring and supporting Workday in a senior HRIS capacity.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data integrity and process optimization.
• Ability to collaborate with People Operations and cross‑functional teams.
• Experience managing system upgrades, testing, and documentation.
• Knowledge of HR compliance requirements such as GDPR.
