Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand current and future talent needs and develop hiring plans.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from job briefing through to signed offer.
• Source and engage diverse candidates through multiple channels, including advertising and technical school outreach.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates using structured, fair methods while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
• Support employer branding initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations and global standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a recruitment support role, with familiarity of recruitment processes and candidate communication.
• Strong understanding of local employment regulations and HR processes.
• Excellent English communication skills and willingness to travel up to 5 %.
