Performance and Development Specialist

About the role

Applied Intuition is seeking a Performance & Development Specialist to design, implement, and scale systems that help employees and managers grow and deliver their best work. You will work within the People Center of Excellence, partnering with business leaders and People Business Partners to ensure programs are practical and aligned with company values.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch, and scale company‑wide performance and development programs from goal‑setting through reviews and calibration.
• Create intuitive, low‑effort mechanisms for leaders while maintaining the rigor needed for meaningful performance measurement.
• Integrate programs with Applied Intuition’s existing performance operations and philosophy.
• Develop a repeatable, flexible manager‑training model covering compliance, interview techniques, and leadership development.
• Continuously refine programs based on feedback to keep them effective and unobtrusive.

• Ability to work autonomously and build programs from the ground up.
