Talent Acquisition Specialist (Academic) – Recruiter

About the role

The ISP Talent Acquisition Specialist (Academic) will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers. You will partner with marketing, sourcing teams and agencies to attract high‑quality talent for K‑12 academic positions across North America.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the full recruitment lifecycle using the ATS, keeping candidates engaged and updating workflows.
• Source, screen and present candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Microsoft Teams and other creative channels while applying safer recruitment practices.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified talent, manage LinkedIn job slots and use LinkedIn Talent Insights for data‑driven hiring.
• Coordinate interviews, provide regular updates to hiring managers and candidates, and produce weekly hiring reports.
• Support strategic talent acquisition projects, employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high‑volume or tight‑deadline environments.
• Proven ability to collaborate with regional teams, senior school leadership and marketing partners.
• Experience in K‑12 education recruitment and familiarity with employment branding.
• Strong organizational, diary‑management and communication skills.
