The fellow will work across neonatal large‑animal models, organoid cultures, and human tissue studies to uncover mechanisms of intestinal adaptation, barrier function, and liver‑gut communication.
Key responsibilities
- Design, execute, and analyze experiments using large‑animal models, epithelial and liver organoid systems, and molecular assays.
- Perform sample collection, processing, and functional assays such as immunostaining, imaging, qPCR, ELISA, microbiome and metabolomic analyses.
