Sr. Associate, Change Readiness & Enablement

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Sr. Associate to support Change Readiness & Enablement for Digital Health & Connectivity. The role creates and maintains training content and enablement assets for product releases, ensuring field teams and internal ACE teams have ready‑to‑use materials.

Key responsibilities

• Build eLearning modules, WalkMe/TeachMe flows, job aids, and quick‑reference guides for each six‑week release.
• Maintain the Confluence content library as the single source of truth and route operational communications through VEEVA/MAP approval.
• Support live training delivery, including sandbox preparation, scheduling, and facilitation.
• Document internal ways of working, create Knowledge Base articles in Salesforce, and ensure content quality and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and able to work within defined standards and escalation processes.

Required skills

• Experience with digital adoption platforms such as WalkMe or TeachMe.
• Proficiency with content creation tools like Adobe or Camtasia.
• Familiarity with regulated communications review and approval systems (VEEVA/MAP).
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com for Knowledge Base documentation.
• Experience using Confluence for content management.
