Associate II, Quality Operations

About the role

Alcon is seeking an Associate II, Quality Operations to support its Quality & Regulatory Affairs function. The role focuses on batch release and coordination across ASPEX for finished goods, semi‑finished goods, chemicals, and intermediates, ensuring compliance with global and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle complex tasks and contribute to advanced quality management projects within manufacturing and distribution processes.
• Monitor product quality at various stages and resolve non‑conformances promptly.
• Maintain relevant documentation and records in accordance with GxP standards.
• Conduct independent research and thought‑leadership activities to optimize outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations by following SOPs and completing required training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (or high school + 8 years; Associate + 4 years).
• Fluent reading, writing, and communication skills in English.
• Work hours: Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am‑5:00 pm.
• Location: Fort Worth, TX with no travel or relocation requirements.
