Portfolio Manager – Business Clients (FX & Payments) – French Fluent

About the role

Convera is seeking a Portfolio Manager to own and grow a portfolio of high‑value B2B clients in the foreign exchange and international payments space. The role combines strategic relationship building with hands‑on delivery of FX, payments and risk‑management solutions, and requires fluency in French.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of top‑tier small‑business clients, developing strong relationships with key decision‑makers.
• Drive revenue and client retention by identifying cross‑sell opportunities and expanding the value of existing relationships.
• Deliver tailored FX, international payments and risk‑management solutions, balancing self‑service tools with expert support.
• Execute a disciplined commercial playbook, including proactive outreach, pipeline development and regular account reviews.
• Collaborate with Business Development to support early engagement with new prospects.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of B2B sales or account‑management experience with a proven record of growing client relationships.
• Fluent in French, both written and spoken.
• Experience with cross‑border payments and understanding of typical buyer personas and stakeholders.
• Comfortable working to revenue targets and managing a book of business with quota responsibility.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Experience using sales enablement tools like Gong.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation systems.
