Enterprise AI Transformation Strategist - Financial Services

About the role

We are building an agentic AI platform that helps enterprises transform complex business workflows into AI‑powered operations. As an Enterprise AI Transformation Strategist you will lead end‑to‑end transformation engagements for financial services firms, turning AI ambition into measurable, adopted workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with C‑level executives to define AI‑enabled operating models and create business cases covering productivity, cost, revenue, risk and quality.
• Translate business ambition into prioritized AI use cases across finance, risk, compliance, underwriting, claims and back‑office, delivering clear implementation plans and measurable outcomes.
• Lead transformation offices for strategic accounts, managing stakeholders, workstreams, timelines, risks and executive communications.
• Identify and remove adoption blockers such as regulatory constraints, data sensitivity and stakeholder complexity, designing practical fixes across process, people and governance.
• Create reusable frameworks, playbooks and maturity models to scale the transformation methodology across customers and industries.

Required profile

• 5+ years in strategy consulting, enterprise or digital transformation, AI/data strategy or complex enterprise delivery, preferably with Fortune 1000 or global enterprises.
• Deep familiarity with financial services operations, regulatory realities and transformation priorities.
• Executive presence with ability to lead C‑suite conversations, build clear roadmaps and deliver business cases.
• High ownership, comfort with ambiguity and willingness to travel for workshops and executive meetings.
