Physical Therapist – Senior Living (Tucson)

About the role

Join BAYADA's Tucson Senior Living team as a full‑time Physical Therapist providing home‑health services to assisted and independent living residents in the Catalina Foothills area. You will enjoy autonomy, supportive mentorship, and a focus on patient‑centered care.

Key responsibilities

• Perform mobility, strength, balance and safety assessments.
• Develop individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans and provide gait training, manual therapy, balance work and therapeutic exercise.
• Implement skin and wound‑prevention strategies and educate clients and families.
• Document care using BAYADA’s EMR system.

Required profile

• Current Arizona PT license (or eligibility).
• Graduation from an accredited PT program.
• Comfort with EMR systems (training provided).

Required skills

• Mobility and balance assessment techniques.
• Manual therapy and therapeutic exercise delivery.
