About the role

Join Cleveland Clinic Health System at Union Hospital in Dover, Ohio, as a PRN Physical Therapist. You will provide outpatient and inpatient physical therapy services, helping patients improve strength, range of motion, endurance, and coordination while delivering compassionate care.

Key responsibilities

  • Evaluate and conduct prescribed physical therapy treatment programs.
  • Perform initial and ongoing assessments, establish and revise plans of care with patient and family involvement.
  • Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, students, and other caregivers.
  • Provide therapy interventions for both outpatient and inpatient populations.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Physical Therapy.
  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Required skills

  • Ability to walk, climb stairs, lift patients, and maintain balance.
  • Manual dexterity for palpation and monitoring patient vitals.
  • Clear verbal communication and good hearing for patient interaction.
