About the role

A premier, clinician‑led national healthcare provider is seeking a Part‑Time or PRN Physical Therapist to join its Home Health division serving Council Grove, Kansas, and surrounding communities. The role offers complete scheduling freedom, no weekend requirements, and mileage reimbursement for community‑based care.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients in their homes, focusing on mobility, strength, balance, and flexibility.
• Deliver customized therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and patient education to improve function and reduce pain.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team.

Required profile

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid Kansas state licensure (or eligibility).
