About the role

Join Ochsner Health’s Outpatient Rehab team at the Ochsner Fitness Center, providing autonomous physical therapy services to patients. You will evaluate, treat, and monitor progress, ensuring high‑quality care and patient satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Assess patient response to therapy and adjust plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with documentation standards.
  • Achieve productivity targets related to access to care, patient experience, and quality metrics.
  • Assist in program development and enhancement to meet community needs.

Required profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Current physical therapy license in the state of practice (or eligibility for licensure).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in using computers, software, and web‑based applications.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong judgment and decision‑making abilities.
