About the role

This job provides safe, effective, and motivating group fitness classes for participants of all levels. It offers cutting‑edge classes, promotes fitness and positive self‑esteem, and stays abreast of current fitness trends.

Key responsibilities

  • Executes classes within program guidelines.
  • Maintains certifications for the specific group fitness class taught.
  • Performs general duties such as class maintenance and substitution.
  • Ensures customer service and safety throughout class.
  • Other related duties as required.

Required profile

  • Computer skills and dexterity for data entry and retrieval of patient information.
  • Proficiency with Windows‑style applications and keyboard.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to perform up to a 1.5‑hour class.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a team environment.
  • Applicable certification for the specific group fitness class taught.

Required skills

  • CPR and AED certification.
