Physical Therapist – Home Health (Tucson)

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to provide in‑home care for clients in the Green Valley and South Tucson territories. You will work independently, building meaningful relationships while receiving strong clinical mentorship and flexible scheduling.

Key responsibilities

• Perform mobility, strength, balance, and safety assessments in clients' homes.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans, including gait training, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise.
• Provide skin and wound‑prevention education and document all care using BAYADA’s EMR system.

Required profile

• Current Arizona PT license (or eligibility).
• Graduation from an accredited PT program.
• Willingness to work in a home‑health setting with patients of varying experience levels.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems (training provided).
