Physical Therapist Assistant – Home Health Visits

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to provide one‑on‑one home health therapy services to older adults throughout Randolph County, North Carolina. Working under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will help residents maintain mobility, independence, and overall physical well‑being in their own homes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality therapeutic interventions as delegated by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Conduct treatments, tests, and education tailored to the needs of older adults.
• Collaborate with the care team within senior living communities to promote resident safety and wellness.

Required profile

• Valid North Carolina Physical Therapist Assistant license.
• Graduate of a PT program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education.
• At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Passion for working with adult and geriatric populations in a home‑style setting.

Required skills

• Ability to perform therapeutic interventions and functional training.
• Knowledge of resident education and safety protocols.
