People Operations Lead

About the role

Reducto is seeking its first People Operations Lead to build the HR function from the ground up. You will partner directly with founders and leadership to shape the employee experience from onboarding through every milestone.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted point of contact for employees, building genuine relationships and acting on feedback.
• Own the full employee lifecycle, including seamless onboarding, off‑boarding, and immigration coordination.
• Support managers with enablement, feedback, development, and retention initiatives.
• Maintain clear, accessible documentation and enforce policies consistently.
• Operationalize performance cycles and assist with calibration across managers.
• Manage payroll inputs, benefits administration, and streamline workflows with modern tooling and AI.

Required profile

• 5+ years of People Operations or HR experience, including employee relations and first‑time manager support.
• High emotional intelligence, warmth, and ability to build trust quickly.
• Strong operational rigor with a track record of running programs end‑to‑end.
• Experience handling confidential information and enforcing policies.

Required skills

• Employee relations expertise.
• Operational program management.
• HR systems/HRIS implementation experience (preferred).
• Familiarity with immigration processes (H‑1B, green cards, TN visas) (preferred).
