Pediatric RN – 1:1 Home Care in Tucson

About the role

This full‑time position offers a 1:1 pediatric home‑care experience for a Registered Nurse who loves working directly with children and their families. You will travel to a client’s home, provide personalized care, and enjoy flexible scheduling.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to a single client’s home per shift and deliver hands‑on nursing care.
• Execute and document physicians’ orders, perform assessments, and monitor client conditions.
• Maintain accurate records of observations, interventions, and evaluations.

Required profile

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program and hold a current RN license in good standing in Arizona.
• Minimum one year of RN experience; tracheostomy care experience preferred.

Required skills

• Tracheostomy (Trach) care.
• Clinical assessment and documentation.
