Partner Consultant, Accounting

About the role

The Partner Consultant, Accounting works with Ramp’s channel ecosystem—including accounting firms, value‑added resellers, and private‑equity partners—to deliver deep product expertise and drive adoption of Ramp’s finance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Channel, Partnerships, Sales, Product and Partner Firms to influence product and integration development based on customer needs.
• Create and deliver customized demos, workflow illustrations, and enablement materials to onboard and train partners.
• Architect, advise on, and validate API‑based integrations between Ramp and third‑party platforms, supporting partners through design, build, and testing.
• Support Sales and Post‑Sales teams in advanced technical and accounting implementations alongside channel partners.

Required profile

• 6+ years in partner architecture, solutions consulting, sales engineering or similar customer‑facing roles.
• Experience with channel sales, systems integrators (SIs) and independent software vendors (ISVs).
• Strong communication skills to translate technical solutions into business value.

• Identity Provider (IdP) technologies.
• HRIS and ERP platforms.
• Accounting system expertise and finance workflow knowledge.
