Part-Time Supervisor – Retail Store

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Part‑Time Supervisor for its Outlet Store in Freeport, ME. The Supervisor will join the store management team to drive sales, coach associates, and ensure operational excellence while embodying the brand’s values of originality, integrity, and customer focus.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies, monitor performance, and drive revenue growth.
• Coach and mentor store associates, providing guidance and support.
• Manage daily store operations to maintain efficiency and high standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and a welcoming shopping environment.

Required profile

• Strong people skills with the ability to support, assist, and coach team members.
• Compliance with all Levi’s® Store policies, procedures, and programs.
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance goals.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 or older.
