About the role
As a Retail Ambassador you will represent the brand on the sales floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences and embodying Rothy’s values. You’ll focus on building meaningful connections, driving sales through service, and supporting a welcoming, inclusive store culture.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver best‑in‑class customer service, showcasing product knowledge and brand storytelling.
- Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Maintain store appearance through stock replenishment, visual merchandising support, and cleanliness.
Required profile
- 18 years of age or older.
- Availability to work at least 16 hours per week on peak and non‑peak days.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb and use ladders or step stools safely.
Required skills
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
- Previous retail or customer‑service experience preferred.
