About the role
Join the new Rothy’s store in Rittenhouse Square as a part‑time Keyholder. You will help bring the brand’s sustainable values to life by delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting smooth store operations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and model the Rothy’s Experience through exceptional service and coaching team members.
- Drive personal and team sales results while creating lasting customer relationships.
- Assist with in‑store events, community activations, and visual merchandising.
- Act as Manager on Duty when assigned, ensuring daily operations and brand standards are met.
- Own assigned areas of responsibility under the Division of Responsibility program and report progress.
Required profile
- 18 years of age or older.
- 1–2 years of retail or customer‑service experience, preferably with some leadership responsibility.
- Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 25 lb and stand/walk an entire shift.
- Availability to work at least 16 hours/week, covering peak and non‑peak days.
