Senior Director, IDIQ & GWAC Programs

About the role

VetsEZ is seeking a Senior Director to lead its portfolio of IDIQ, GWAC, BPA and other multiple‑award contract vehicles supporting a large federal healthcare modernization effort. The role is fully remote and requires close collaboration with Business Development, Capture, Proposals, Contracts, Pricing, Finance and Program Management teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of IDIQ, GWAC and BPA contracts, maintaining accurate records of ordering periods, ceilings, milestones and task‑order activity.
• Monitor government portals and contract‑vehicle communications, distribute relevant opportunities to internal stakeholders, and coordinate intake, qualification and status reporting of task‑order pursuits.
• Advise cross‑functional teams on vehicle requirements, solicitation procedures, contractual risks and compliance obligations.
• Support task‑order pursuits through solicitation analysis, bid/no‑bid decisions, teaming coordination, risk assessments and proposal planning.
• Maintain relationships with contracting officers, program offices, industry partners and subcontractors, ensuring timely reporting and certification compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Government Contracting, Management, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of experience supporting federal contracts, IDIQs/GWACs, business development, capture or program management.
• Demonstrated knowledge of federal IDIQ, GWAC, BPA processes and the Federal Acquisition Regulation.
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts and stakeholders.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Government/Public Trust clearance.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and related statutory requirements.
• Experience using government procurement portals, opportunity‑tracking platforms and CRM systems.
