Full-Time Keyholder for New Store Opening

About the role

As a Keyholder at Rothy’s new store in Rittenhouse Square, you will embody the brand’s values by delivering a service‑first experience on the sales floor and ensuring smooth store operations. You will act as a role model for teammates, coach in‑the‑moment, and may serve as Manager on Duty.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and model the Rothy’s Experience through exceptional service, coaching team members and driving sales.
• Assist with in‑store events, community activations, and visual merchandising.
• Act as Manager on Duty when assigned, overseeing daily operations and maintaining brand standards.
• Own assigned areas of responsibility within the Division of Responsibility program and report progress to store leadership.

Required profile

• 18 years of age or older.
• 1–2 years of retail or customer‑service experience, preferably with some leadership responsibility.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb and use ladders or step stools safely.
• Availability to work a minimum of 40 hours/week, including evenings, weekends, holidays and peak days.
