Part-Time Instructor – School of Education

About the role
The College of Human Sciences & Education at LSU is seeking qualified part‑time instructors for its School of Education. In this role you will deliver both online and on‑campus courses, following the established curriculum and schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Teach assigned courses, delivering lectures, facilitating discussions and guiding student projects.
- Develop and update syllabi, lesson plans and instructional materials in line with course objectives.
- Assess student work through assignments, exams and projects, providing timely feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades and class rosters, and submit them by university deadlines.
- Be available for student consultations via phone, email or Zoom.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Education or a related teaching field.
