Outside Sales Representative (Home Improvement)

About the role

Renuity is seeking motivated Outside Sales Representatives to join its fast‑growing home‑improvement team. You will meet homeowners at their residences, present tailored renovation solutions, and guide them through the purchase process. No prior experience is required, but a strong customer focus and a willingness to learn are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver interactive sales presentations on Renuity’s products and services to decision‑makers at their homes.
• Set and achieve individual sales targets, tracking progress and reporting results.
• Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts while maintaining accurate records.
• Maintain a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Promote Renuity’s brand and product portfolio across the assigned territory.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for travel to client homes.
• Ability to work evening and weekend appointments.
• Willingness to undergo a criminal background check.
