Insurance Sales Agent – Ft. Myers, FL

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Insurance Sales Agent to join our fast‑paced branch in Ft. Myers. This relationship‑driven role offers a base salary, commission, and a $5,000 new‑agent ramp‑up incentive to support you while you build a pipeline of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, engage, and follow up with prospective clients through outreach, community events, and referrals.
• Own the full sales cycle for ACG‑branded and brokered insurance, membership, and financial products.
• Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews, identify coverage gaps, and issue policies in line with underwriting and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction, retention, and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Achieve individual sales targets and incentive plan expectations.

Required profile

• Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license.
• Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license (or obtain within 90 days).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant sales or customer‑service experience.
