Insurance Sales Agent – Ft. Myers, FL

About the role

This position is a relationship‑driven sales role focused on helping customers find the right insurance and financial solutions. You will build a client base, receive ramp‑up earnings support, and earn commissions based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, engage, and follow up with prospective clients through outreach and community networking.
• Own the sale and ongoing service of ACG‑branded and brokered insurance, membership, and financial products.
• Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews, identify coverage gaps, and quote, bind, and issue policies in line with underwriting guidelines.
• Maintain strong relationships with members, respond to inquiries promptly, and uphold high customer satisfaction.
• Participate in local branch and community events to generate referrals and cross‑sell opportunities.

Required profile

• Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license.
• Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license (or obtain within 90 days of hire).
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of relevant sales or customer‑service experience.
