About the role

Join Children’s Dental FunZone as an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, helping families navigate pediatric dental care in a fun, welcoming environment. You will present treatment plans, support case acceptance, and ensure smooth appointment coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Present and explain treatment plans, options, and financial arrangements to patients and parents.
• Provide exceptional patient experience through clear, compassionate communication.
• Educate families on oral health, procedures, and preventive care.
• Verify and manage dental insurance plans (PPO, HMO, Denti‑Cal) and handle electronic billing.
• Offer flexible payment solutions and collaborate with the dental team for seamless care.

Required profile

• Proven experience in dental sales and treatment coordination.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work with children and families.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities.
• Motivated, goal‑driven, and eager to grow within the company.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Dentrix (preferred).
• Familiarity with dental insurance plans (PPO, HMO, Denti‑Cal).
