Operator II - Stand-Up Forklift (2nd Shift)

About the role

TTI Consumer Power Tools is hiring an Operator II for its Greer/Wellford, SC location, working the 2nd shift on a stand-up forklift to support a large-scale distribution facility. The role covers inbound, outbound and processing tasks, and department assignments are subsets of the Operator position; all employees must meet the full Operator requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Inbound: unload containers, palletize freight and pickled robot loads, sort pallets, operate authorized equipment (Pacer, clamp, motorized pallet jack, reach truck), put away freight, verify inventory manually and repalletize inbound freight.
• Outbound: build and run pallets, load trailers manually and with powered equipment, move freight with pallet jacks, stack and restack goods, apply stretch film and prepare shipments.
• Processing: operate equipment, fulfill orders using powered equipment, pick and replenish from RAFT and bulk storage, detrash and pick from Autostore, pack full cases and putwall induction, and move freight, tools and supplies manually.
• Operate lift equipment following safety guidelines, follow inbound SOPs, keep the workplace clean and safe, and comply with company policies.

Required profile

• No final warnings and less than 6 attendance points.
• Efficiency and quality goals met for the previous 3 months.
• Currently in the same role for more than 6 months.
• Able to stand or walk for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures.
• Available to work long hours and weekends as needed.

Required skills

• Basic math skills, reading lists, orders or instructions and using a weight scale.
• Ability to use simple equipment safely while wearing the required PPE.
