Operator I - Distribution Center

About the role

TTI Floor Care North America is hiring an Operator I for its Greer Distribution Center. All operators must meet the minimum requirements for the Operator position and perform all duties as required; department assignments are subsets of the Operator role and do not limit it. The position works Monday through Friday, 4:30 am to 1:00 pm.

Key responsibilities

• Follow all SOPs to ensure process adherence and inventory accuracy.
• Stack skids or pallets in designated areas.
• Lump and receive orders as needed, pick and pull materials for orders, and load orders on the assigned truck.
• Manually move freight, tools and supplies.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and comply with company policies.
• Use simple math skills, work from lists, orders or instructions, use a weight scale, and operate equipment safely while wearing the required PPE.
• Work cooperatively with coworkers and management, and be available for long hours and weekends as needed.
• Adhere to the quality policy so customers receive high-quality products on time at value.

Required profile

• No final warnings and less than 6 attendance points.
• Efficiency and quality goals met for the previous 3 months.
• Must be in the current role for more than 6 months.
• Able to stand or walk for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs (team lifts over 50 lbs), and work in varying temperatures.
