Operator II - 2nd Shift (Stand-Up Forklift)

About the role

TTI Floor Care is hiring an Operator II for its Greer/Wellford, SC location, working the 2nd shift (3:00 PM to 11:30 PM) Monday through Friday. The role supports a large-scale distribution facility and covers inbound, outbound and processing tasks. Department assignments are subsets of the Operator II position and do not limit the duties.

Key responsibilities

• Inbound: unload containers, palletize freight, run pickles robots, sort pallets, operate equipment such as Pacer, clamp, motorized pallet jack and reach trucks, put away freight, and verify inventory manually.
• Outbound: build and run pallets, load trailers manually and with powered equipment, move freight with pallet jacks, stack and restack goods, and prepare shipments with stretch film.
• Processing: operate equipment, fulfill orders, pick from RAFT and bulk storage, detrash and pick from Autostore, pack full cases, and move freight, tools and supplies by hand.
• Operate lift equipment following safety guidelines, follow inbound SOPs, keep the workplace clean and safe, and comply with company policies.

Required profile

• No final warnings and less than 6 attendance points.
• Efficiency and quality goals met for the previous 3 months.
• Currently in the same role for more than 6 months.
• Physical dexterity, ability to stand and walk for long periods, frequent lifting up to 50 lbs, and ability to work in varying temperatures.
• Cooperative attitude, availability for long hours and weekends, and willingness to learn simple math and use a weight scale.
